  近期水發(fa)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)召開“沖(chong)刺(ci)中國(guo)500強(qiang)”專(zhuan)題分析會(hui),公(gong)(gong)用集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)榮成昊(hao)陽熱電有限責任公(gong)(gong)司(以下簡稱:昊(hao)陽熱電)全(quan)體干部職工得知此消息(xi)后,倍感振奮。公(gong)(gong)司組織領導班子和(he)中層干部召開專(zhuan)題會(hui),傳(chuan)達集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)公(gong)(gong)司“沖(chong)刺(ci)中國(guo)500強(qiang)”專(zhuan)題會(hui)議重要指(zhi)示精神(shen),結(jie)合公(gong)(gong)司實(shi)際部署安排下半(ban)年重點工作,推進公(gong)(gong)司高質量發(fa)展,為(wei)水發(fa)集(ji)(ji)團(tuan)(tuan)“沖(chong)刺(ci)中國(guo)500強(qiang)”助力。

  一(yi)是深入落實(shi)“冬(dong)病夏治”,全面提升供(gong)熱(re)質量。在“冬(dong)病夏治”工作中,堅實(shi)“細心精心、精益求精”的治理原則,制定(ding)大修(xiu)技(ji)改計(ji)劃(hua)表,嚴格按(an)照時間節點(dian)推進。供(gong)熱(re)公(gong)司制定(ding)大修(xiu)技(ji)改計(ji)劃(hua)183項(xiang),細化任務分工,進行換(huan)熱(re)站(zhan)板換(huan)清洗、水(shui)泵及泵房設備養護、閥門(men)更(geng)換(huan)、一(yi)級(ji)和二級(ji)管網(wang)缺陷(xian)維修(xiu)改造等,分期、分批(pi)、分區域開展大修(xiu)技(ji)改,老城區維修(xiu)管網(wang)50余(yu)處,新城區維修(xiu)管網(wang)80余(yu)處, 1100余(yu)戶熱(re)用(yong)戶從中受益。

  二是要加快敷設新供(gong)熱(re)管網,有(you)效(xiao)擴大(da)供(gong)熱(re)半徑。根據(ju)數據(ju)測算,預計將增加供(gong)熱(re)用戶(hu)2000余戶(hu),增加供(gong)熱(re)面積241000平方米(mi),有(you)效(xiao)增加企(qi)業營收。

  三(san)要積極開拓供(gong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)市(shi)(shi)場,增加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)銷量(liang)。通過意向(xiang)用汽(qi)(qi)(qi)企業(ye)申(shen)請,對高新園(yuan)區(qu)內企業(ye)進(jin)行走訪調研(yan),簽訂供(gong)用汽(qi)(qi)(qi)合同(tong),收取(qu)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)預(yu)付款。為進(jin)一步(bu)促進(jin)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)銷量(liang),公司制(zhi)定(ding)了用汽(qi)(qi)(qi)激勵政策,采取(qu)階梯遞進(jin)優惠措(cuo)施(shi),用汽(qi)(qi)(qi)量(liang)越(yue)高優惠力度越(yue)大(da),增強市(shi)(shi)場競(jing)爭力,增加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)業(ye)蒸(zheng)(zheng)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)銷量(liang),確保供(gong)汽(qi)(qi)(qi)市(shi)(shi)場份額不斷擴大(da)。

  四是推進標桿企業(ye)創(chuang)建和(he)重點(dian)工作。各項工作細化到人,明確時間節點(dian),跟進落實。立足公司實際,全(quan)力(li)推進企業(ye)高質(zhi)量發(fa)展,繼續加(jia)強內(nei)部管(guan)(guan)(guan)理,通過健(jian)全(quan)制度、優化配(pei)置、完善流程、落實責(ze)任、加(jia)強監管(guan)(guan)(guan)、量化考(kao)核(he)等措施看(kan),促進企業(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理管(guan)(guan)(guan)理水平提升(sheng),切實提高企業(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理能力(li)。

  五是(shi)深入挖(wa)潛,降本增效。采取(qu)總成(cheng)本領先戰略,精細管理、深度(du)挖(wa)潛,既要在發(fa)電(dian)量、噸(dun)汽耗(hao)煤(mei)量、發(fa)電(dian)標(biao)煤(mei)耗(hao)、供熱(re)標(biao)煤(mei)耗(hao)、廠用(yong)電(dian)率、除鹽水用(yong)量等大的經濟(ji)指標(biao)上(shang)下功夫,在關(guan)鍵運(yun)(yun)行(xing)指標(biao)參數上(shang)與行(xing)業標(biao)桿和機組設計(ji)值(zhi)對標(biao),確(que)定(ding)并落實經濟(ji)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)規范和標(biao)準,提(ti)高鍋(guo)爐(lu)熱(re)效率,提(ti)高機組運(yun)(yun)行(xing)平穩性(xing)、經濟(ji)性(xing)。又(you)要節(jie)省日常開支,進一步降低業務招待費,從辦公用(yong)品(pin)、低值(zhi)易耗(hao)品(pin)、生活水電(dian)消耗(hao)等小處(chu)入手,節(jie)約非(fei)必要性(xing)開支。
